RiparazioneServer.com is the hardware vertical of tnsolutions group.

We are the operational arm that repairs, maintains and recovers data on enterprise servers. Headquartered in Melzo, Milan east. We belong to tnsolutions.it S.r.l., a company active since 2001 in client solutions & system integration.

Four things, done well, on real enterprise servers.

Component-level repair

We replace the part, not the system. Motherboards, ECC RAM, CPU, PSU, RAID controllers, backplanes, fans. Also on out-of-warranty, EOL servers and discontinued brands.

Preventive & corrective maintenance

Full hardware refresh, thermal paste renewal, health check from BMC/IPMI logs, thermal optimization, firmware updates on validated compatibility matrix.

Data recovery on arrays & virtualization

RAID 0/1/5/6/10, also after double-disk failure or failed rebuild. VMware VMFS, Hyper-V VHDX, Proxmox, NAS Synology and QNAP.

Upgrade & operational refurbish

RAM expansion, CPU upgrade, NVMe storage, controller, networking. Also full refurbish of operational servers to extend useful life.

How long have you been on the market?

tnsolutions.it S.r.l. has been active since 2001 as a client-solution and system-integration company. RiparazioneServer.com is the group vertical dedicated to enterprise server hardware, born from years of internal experience on group clients.

Do you have vendor certifications?

No, and that's our strength. Vendor certifications imply operating rules set by the manufacturer (e.g. obligation to replace entire system instead of single component). We work as an independent center: component-level repair, even outside the official channel.

Do you operate in-house or subcontract?

We work in-house with internal technicians of tnsolutions group. For very vertical situations (e.g. electronic PCB recovery with BGA interventions beyond our lab scope) we use selected specialized partners — always disclosing the flow to the client beforehand.

Do you have experience in AI / GPU environments?

Yes. We managed hardware support for years on the AI/GPU cluster infrastructure of a consumer-electronics multinational. Client name covered by NDA. Verifiable technical details available under mutual confidentiality agreement.

What we DON'T do

Honesty includes stating our limits.

  • We don't sell new servers directly on this brand. RiparazioneServer.com is the hardware-service vertical of the group. Sale of new servers (Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Supermicro) goes through the parent company tnsolutions.it as system integrator.
  • We don't provide continuous managed sysadmin. For Windows Server, Linux, VMware managed the group reference is AssistenzaServer.eu.
  • We don't operate full 24/7 by default. Extended availability for emergencies, yes. Continuous H24 service no — that's a managed service contract, not our intervention model.
  • We don't push cyclic upgrades. If the server does its job, we let it work. Our craft is the opposite: make it last.
  • We don't repair at all costs. If a server is seriously compromised or too old to be reliably restored, we recommend replacement — with a new model (via tnsolutions.it as system integrator) or with a certified refurbished. Our reputation matters more than a forced repair.
