Repair · 9 intervention areas

Server hardware repair, at component level.

We don't replace the whole system when we can replace just the broken part. Diagnosis from BMC/IPMI logs, component-level intervention, official or certified refurbished spares, full functional testing. Also on servers out of warranty, EOL, or from discontinued brands.

Nine intervention areas, one logic: repair the component, preserve the system.

Motherboard · CPU · ECC RAM

Component-level diagnosis from BMC logs (iDRAC, iLO, XClarity, IPMI, iRMC, CIMC). Targeted replacement of VRM, CPU sockets, DIMM banks. Foreign config preservation, RAID intact, no OS reinstall when avoidable.

PSU · controllers · backplanes

Hot-swap and ATX power supplies, Smart Array P408/P816, PERC H730/H755, MegaRAID. Backplane and SAS connector replacement. Compatibility matrix verified end-to-end before each intervention.

Fans, thermal, boot failure

Thermal throttling reduction, fan curve optimization, replacement of degraded fans before they fail. Boot diagnosis: from POST sequence to the OS, isolating where the system fails.

Beyond vendor support

Servers declared end-of-life, discontinued brands (IBM legacy, EOL HPE, older Cisco UCS). Spares from tnsolutions channels, certified refurbished, third-party — always disclosed first.

Independent repair, independent from OEM channels.

We are NOT a vendor-certified channel and that is our strength. Vendor certifications imply rules of operation set by the manufacturer (e.g. obligation to replace the entire system instead of the single component). We work as an independent center: component-level repair, even outside the official channel. For cases where the OEM path is strictly required, we say so before starting.

FAQ
How long does a typical hardware repair take?

With in-stock parts: 24-72 hours from intake. With parts to source (EOL motherboard, discontinued CPU socket): a few days to 1-2 weeks. Initial assessment in 24-48 hours, including a realistic time estimate.

Do you repair EOL and discontinued-brand servers?

Yes, this is one of our specialties. We work on Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, Lenovo ThinkSystem, IBM System x, Supermicro, Fujitsu Primergy, Cisco UCS — including generations the vendor itself no longer supports.

Can you preserve RAID and licenses on motherboard replacement?

In most cases yes. RAID foreign config re-import on identical donor controller, BIOS configuration recovery from backup, OS not reinstalled when avoidable. Software licenses transferred respecting the licensing terms.

Original or refurbished spares?

Three channels, always disclosed before the intervention: vendor original, certified refurbished, third-party for hard-to-find parts. Customer chooses based on workload criticality and budget.

Which server hardware components do you actually repair?

Motherboards (replacement and, in selected cases, VRM and capacitor repair), ECC RAM (bank-by-bank diagnosis and replacement), CPUs and cooling (thermal paste refresh, heatsink replacement, work on damaged sockets), redundant hot-swap PSUs, fans, drive backplanes, hardware RAID controllers, BBU/Flash cache batteries. Diagnostics rely on BMC/IPMI/iDRAC/iLO logs and targeted tests to isolate the fault.

Tell us the brand, the model, the symptoms.

We respond within one working day with technical feasibility, an estimate of times, an honest assessment. Even when repair is not the right choice, we say so.
