Component-level hardware repair

We replace the broken part, not the system. Motherboards, ECC RAM, CPU, PSU, RAID controllers, backplanes, fans. Also on out-of-warranty, EOL and discontinued brands — where the vendor says "replace" and we say "repair".

Preventive & corrective maintenance

Full hardware refresh, thermal paste renewal, health check from BMC/IPMI logs, thermal optimization to reduce CPU throttling, firmware updates on validated compatibility matrix. Hardware + software contracts with three SLA tiers.

Data recovery on arrays & virtualization

RAID 0/1/5/6/10 — even after double-disk failure or failed rebuild. VMware VMFS datastores, Hyper-V VHDX virtual disks, Proxmox, Synology and QNAP NAS. Write-blocker policy on original disks, work always on clones.

Upgrade & operational refurbish

RAM expansion, CPU upgrade, NVMe storage, controller, networking. Also full refurbish of operational servers to extend useful life instead of replacing them when they still serve.

How fast do you respond after a request?

Triage by phone or email within one working hour. For non-urgent quote requests we respond by the next working day with a realistic technical assessment — make, model, symptoms, urgency are all we need to start.

Do you work on servers out of vendor support?

Yes — it is one of our specialties. The vendor declares end-of-life, we continue to keep the system operational using spares from tnsolutions channels, certified refurbished parts, or third-party sources — always disclosed before any intervention.

What brands do you cover?

All standard enterprise x86 server brands: Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, Lenovo ThinkSystem, IBM System x, Supermicro, Fujitsu Primergy, Cisco UCS. Strong focus on Dell and HPE (volume), Supermicro (flexibility).

Where are you based and where do you operate?

Operational headquarters in Melzo (Milan east). 4-hour on-site SLA across most Lombardy provinces (Critical contracts). Remote support nationwide with planned on-site escalation.

Do you have AI/GPU server experience?

Yes. We managed hardware support for several years on the AI/GPU cluster infrastructure of a consumer-electronics multinational (under NDA). Verifiable technical details available under mutual confidentiality agreement.

Can you repair or upgrade servers already in production without taking down the business?

Yes. On servers with hot-swap components (drives, redundant PSUs, some fans) we work without powering off the system. For interventions that require downtime (motherboard replacement, RAM expansion, CPU upgrade, thermal paste refresh) we schedule an agreed maintenance window, minimizing impact. A planned upgrade often adds years of useful life at a TCO far below replacing the whole system.
