Component-level repair across the entire Primergy line: RX rack, TX tower, BX blade, CX multi-node, GX AI/GPU. Diagnostics via iRMC S5 and iRMC S6, Fujitsu-original or certified-refurbished spares, sourcing also on legacy RX300/TX200 models.
Fujitsu is historically strong in DACH, Japan and Italian industry. Primergy platforms are SAP S/4HANA certified and widely deployed in Italian regional banks, public administration, healthcare, automotive and Northern Italy manufacturing.
The Primergy family covers rack, tower, blade, multi-node dense and GPU. We work on all recent generations, including end-of-life machines still in active production.

iRMC (integrated Remote Management Controller) is Fujitsu's BMC. iRMC S5 on Mx models up to 5/6, iRMC S6 on more recent models. Key difference: iRMC S6 introduces full Redfish support, better historical monitoring, improved security (TPM 2.0).
Typical failures we handle: iRMC firmware corruption after upgrade, BMC unreachable after network changes, certificate loss after motherboard swap, dual-LAN dedicated network issues.
SEL and iRMC Maintenance Logs reading via web UI or CLI. Diagnostic dumps (sensor history) for correlation analysis on intermittent failures.
Anonymized real SEL extract on a Fujitsu Primergy showing specific symptoms. The fault was in the logs from previous days.
Registered ECC DIMM replacement. SEL reading via iRMC to identify slot and type. Replacement with original Fujitsu DIMM or compatible equivalent (registered, load-reduced, persistent memory where supported).
PRAID controllers. Repair and replacement of PRAID EP CP400i / CP500i / EP680i / EP680e. Cache battery: preventive replacement every 3 years. Array recovery with foreign config import.
iRMC module replacement and certificate restore. When iRMC is faulty or unrecoverable via firmware reflash, we replace the module where technically possible (some models) and restore certificates and licenses.
Thermal paste refresh on Xeon Scalable and Xeon-SP. Thermal data analysis via iRMC sensor history. Particularly important on RX/TX models in industrial projects with frequent thermal cycles.
Fujitsu hot-plug PSU. Replacement of redundant hot-plug Platinum/Titanium PSUs in production. Capacity verification on dense and GPU configurations.
Primergy motherboard transplant. PRAID foreign config re-import, BIOS configuration restore, possible iRMC re-license where the license allows.
Fujitsu official channel. Original parts when the model is still in active support and the customer requests them.
Certified refurbished. For EOL models or when the original-part price isn't justified by residual server value: refurbished with warranty from the tnsolutions group pool.
EOL sourcing. On RX300 S7/S8, TX200 S7/S8, RX2540 M1/M2 and other legacy models still in production: we source motherboards, DIMMs, PSUs, controllers. On particular components (e.g., iRMC S4 boards) we work to identify equivalents from donors.
Yes. RX300 S7/S8, TX200 S7, TX300 S8 and RX2540 M1/M2 are still widely in production, especially in Northern Italy manufacturing, healthcare and public administration. We maintain trusted sources for motherboards, Registered ECC DIMMs, PSUs, PRAID controllers from those generations. When the original is no longer available we use certified refurbished.
iRMC S6 has full Redfish support, longer sensor history, improved security (TPM 2.0, ESCM secure boot). For basic diagnostics the procedure is similar (SEL reading, sensors, dump), but on iRMC S6 we have more data for correlation analysis on intermittent faults.
Yes, on the entire PRAID EP line (EP420i, EP500i, EP520i, EP540i, EP580i, EP680i/e). Replacement, array recovery with config import, cache battery replacement. On EP680i in particular: managing high-density RAID 6 configurations with NVMe drives.
As far as the Fujitsu license allows. iRMC licenses are tied to the serial number; transfer can be coordinated with the Fujitsu channel. BIOS configuration and PRAID foreign config are always preserved. If the license can't be transferred we document the constraint to the customer before the intervention and propose alternatives.
Yes. Primergy RX2540 and RX4770 are SAP HANA certified. We work on SAP environments coordinating maintenance windows with the customer's Basis team. On hot-swap components we intervene without stopping the system; for interventions requiring downtime we plan the window respecting customer RTO/RPO requirements.
