Phone triage first, then an action plan.
When you call us with an emergency, we start with triage: brand, model, last symptom, logs if available. Within minutes we can tell whether this is a critical but recoverable situation, or whether we need to stop and think before doing damage.
Depending on the situation, we activate:
- Remote hands in datacenters (Aruba Ponte San Pietro, the main Lombardy datacenters)
- On-site service across Lombardy with short lead times
- Hardware taken into our lab for complex cases
- Priority data recovery on failed RAID arrays or compromised storage
